The Post-Sales Service Deliverables

Installable UPS Systems

Call Desk : Call desk facility is available in each Service Centre locations (New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune,    Baroda, Cochin, Vizag, Nagpur, Noida, Jamshedpur, Nasik, Chandigarh, Goa,   Bhubaneswar,  Gurgaon, Indore)
Call Response Time : Within 2 to 4 hours (24hours 365 days basis) in Service Centre locations.
For installations other than Service centre locations, the response time shall be dependent on the distance of the installation from nearest Service centre and connectivity by the available means of commutation.
UP-TIME : We guarantee UP-TIME of > 99% for installations in Service Centre Locations and > 98% for installations located other than Service centre locations. This UP-TIME guarantee is considered on the basis of 24 hours a day 365 days a year operation.
Repair Time Guarantee : Within 2 to 4 hours after the Engineer reaches the site.
Spares Stock Assurance : Adequate quantity of all critical spares shall be stocked at all service centres. 
For installation other than Service Centre locations, we assure to stock critical spares at respective sites.
Preventive Maintenance : Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out on quarterly basis at a mutually convenient time, after pre-scheduling. Normally during the P.M. following parameters are checked for which a shutdown may be required.

Degree Engineer in Electronics & Communications having more than 16 years of experience in Design, Development & Marketing of Power Electronics, Telecom Equipment & Projects. Vast experience of Corporate Management, Human Resource Planning, Finance & Venture Negotiations. Earlier worked for MITSUI of Japan, SIEMENS of Germany and TATA Group of India

M. L.Malhotra, Director
Post graduate & retired from Indian Administrative Services (IAS) having over 30 years of experience at Senior level with the Government of India in India and Abroad.

Paresh Pradhan, General Manager - Operations
Degree Engineer in Electronics & Communications having over 10 years experience in product development & promotion, project management in Telecommunications, IT products and Power Electronics Systems and Power Conditioning projects. Earlier work experience with Thermax in India.
